I stayed here for a night and had a wonderful experience. The location is convenient, here on the edge of the Motorway, and there’s a shuttle service for a fee from the airport. The staff is superb, going out of their way to accommodate my requests, the service was very quick and everything was in place. The room was luxurious with all the in-room amenities including soundproofed walls and old-school am/fm alarm clock, and the garden furniture outside provided the perfect opportunity to relax.
This place caters well to families with kids.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Heathrow airport. The staff, especially the receptionist and restaurant manager, were helpful and cute. They were really good too ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel facilities were great, including a lovely pool that my boys thoroughly enjoyed. The room was comfortable with very comfortable beds. The hotel's location close to the motorway made it convenient for an early flight.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for travelers. It is very close to the Airport Terminal 2, making it easy to catch a taxi from a nearby taxi rank past the bus station. guests can also take the HotelHoppa-bus to the airport. For those who prefer to drive, there is free parking available on the street right outside the hotel.
One small downside is that the computer on the ground floor has reported to be in a bad condition, with an almost impossibly to use mouse. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience at the hotel.

I had a great stay at Novotel! The room was spacious and super clean, perfect for my little one to roam around. The hotel had a nice pool with a convenient changing area. I also loved the play area near the entrance, it kept my child entertained. The breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. Special shoutout to Rahim, who made our dining experience excellent. The location, close to Heathrow and with easy access to public transportation, was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a enjoyable trip in London.

The location of the hotel was great, very convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast provided was decent and the staff members were helpful in guiding us to nearby attractions. Plus, the hotel had a gym which was a nice bonus.
The room was not up to par. There were stains on the carpet and the bed had hairs on it.
